"By Date" Reporting: Unlocking Insights from Your Asset Data 

The "By Date" reporting feature offers a powerful lens through which to analyze your activity over time. This report provides a comprehensive view of how your assets are being used, maintained, and allocated, allowing you to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed decisions.

Key Features:

• Filter by Category: Drill down into specific areas including:
  • Asset
  • Checkout 
  • Location
  • Person
  • Repair
  • Reservation
• Select the Applicable Date for Analysis: Once you've selected your desired category, you must select what date criteria you would like to further review.  Options are based on the category selected and include items such as:
  • Update date
  • Create date
  • Acquire date
  • Warranty end date
  • Enrollment date
  • Due date
  • Repair date
• Filter by Date: Once you've selected your desired category, you can further refine your report by specifying a date range. This allows you to focus on specific periods, such as a particular day, week, month, or year.
• Optional: Group by Time Period: Gain a broader understanding of asset activity trends by grouping your data by various time periods, including:
  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Year
• Filter by Specific Asset(s): Isolate and analyze the activity of specific asset(s) by applying asset filters.
