Analyzing Asset Utilization: Understanding the Utilization Report
The Utilization Report in Assetbots provides a comprehensive overview of your asset usage. This valuable tool helps you identify frequently used assets, track borrowing patterns, and assess overall asset utilization within your organization.
Key Features of the Utilization Report:
Summary:
The Utilization Report summary provides a high-level view of your asset usage, including:
- Total Assets: The total number of assets included in the report.
- Total Checkouts: The total number of checkouts made for all assets during the selected timeframe.
- Total Assets Checked Out: The number of assets that are checked out during the selected timeframe.
- Total Borrowers: The total number of unique borrowers who have checked out assets.
- Available Assets: The number of assets that are/were available for checkout during the selected timeframe.
- Asset Utilization %: The percentage of assets that have been checked out at least once during the selected timeframe.
Filtering Options:
- Filter by Assets: Focus on specific assets to analyze their utilization including labels, categories, and statuses (e.g. checked out, available for checkout)
- Filter by Date: Select a date range to view depreciation data within a specific timeframe.
- Export Data: Click on the three dots on the right of the date to export data filtered
Detailed Information:
- Asset: View information about the specific asset, including its name or other identifying details.
- Checkouts: See the total number of times the asset has been checked out during the selected timeframe.
- Borrowers: Identify the total number of borrowers who have borrowed the asset during the selected timeframe.
