Updating Your Assetbots Subscription
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to update your Assetbots subscription and/or add additional services. Here's a quick guide to walk you through the process:
Within Assetbots:
- Navigate to Settings: Locate the Settings section within your Assetbots homepage (denoted by a gear icon on the left side of your homepage).
- Click on Organization: Located Organization either under the list on the left or in the tiles on the right.
- Access Plan and Billing: Within Organization, click on the section labeled "Plan and Billing.” This section houses information related to your subscription.
- Manage Your Plan: Under "Plan and Billing," you will find the various subscriptions options with Assetbots. When you click on the "upgrade" button you will be redirected to a secure billing page hosted by Stripe, Assetbots payment processor.
Update or Cancel Plan on Stripe:
- Locate the Update Plan or Cancel Button
- Updating Plan: Select new plan that meets your business needs by clicking on the “Select” button then “Continue.” The next step will be to confirm your selections and any applicable payment required at the time.
- To Cancel Plan: Click the "Cancel plan" button and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision to cancel your Assetbots subscription.
- Providing Feedback (Optional): During the cancellation process, you will be offered the chance to provide feedback on why you're canceling. This feedback is valuable to Assetbots as we strive to improve our product and customer experience.
